La diff\u00e9rence porte sur la chor\u00e9graphie et la libre s\u00e9quence des postures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux pratiques qui permettent de d\u00e9velopper la souplesse, la tonicit\u00e9, la mobilit\u00e9 et la concentration.
